Request photos for use in attendance building
If you need photos of the Traverse City region for use in a brochure or other attendance building materials, ask for Images from our photo library via an online form.
The Traverse City Convention & Visitors Bureau maintains a stock library, principally in electronic form, of hundreds of images depicting the diversity, activities and seasons of our area. Many of our images are available at no charge to qualified editorial, travel promotion and convention groups. The bureau retains the copyright to all images, and must approve the purpose for which they are used.
Images can be used for:
* Travel promotion, including brochures for travel agencies and use in other publications for professional travel offices.
* Editorial, including magazine and newspaper travel articles and approved television use.
* Convention promotion, including illustrating brochures about meetings in the Traverse City area and other attendance-building collateral material.
Images cannot be used for online media, advertisements, merchandising, postcards, calendars, magnets, buttons or any other commercial use. Images cannot be used for advertising or non-travel-related purposes.
To request photos, contact the communications department at 800-940-1120 during normal business hours or complete the following request form. We can deliver images via e-mail or on compact disc.
